Training should be tailored to individual and organisational needs and this is why we refer to our training packages as bespoke - each one is different. We work with our clients to set the right level, whether this is beginner or specialist. The pace at which we move forward is also determined by the individual and the organisation.

We develop training programmes for clients and also partner with other organisations to deliver training.

This training programme is designed to provide essential knowledge and understanding of health and safety for employees working in any sector of business. The syllabus is generic in nature and sets out the principals of health and safety, but can be tailored to the background of the delegates where appropriate. Course accreditation is optional.

Our Equality and Diversity programme is designed to raise awareness of equality issues and ensure that your organisation’s practices are not only sound but are perceived as equitable by employees and customers alike. The programme also raises employee awareness and understanding of diversity in the workplace. We can tailor the course to meet your organisation's specific needs and incorporate your own policies and procedures.

Our trainers can develop CPD seminars designed to keep you and your team up to date with the latest trends, practices, legislation in many aspects of running your business including; human resources, finance, marketing and personal development. We specialise in creating CPD programmes for clients in the built environment but much of the programme is applicable in any sector.

This bespoke training programme consists of a wide range of modules designed to enhance delegates’ pre-employment skills. It is designed to prepare individuals for the workplace to such an extent that they obtain not just a job, but sustainable employment, real opportunity and wider community benefits. The training programme has two streams: one for first time jobseekers and those of limited experience; and a second stream for sector-specific returnees.

Modules within our Management Development programme cover the fundamental knowledge and skills required for effective management including; team building, empowerment, business awareness, human resources and performance management. The syllabus can be tailored to meet specific organisational and sector needs.

Common Induction to Health & Social Care Read More

The Common Induction to Health & Social Care training programme is designed to provide essential knowledge and understanding of the impact employees or those returning to work in supporting roles have on others. The training programme explores the values and principles of supporting vulnerable adults, children and the elderly. Candidates will be inducted into the Care Standards Act 2000 and roles and responsibilities of support workers. All trainers are from the Social Care industry.
